PALMERSTON NORTH

Today we didn't have anything on the schedule so we took our time and enjoyed the scenic drive from Wellington to Palmerston North. It was my turn to drive today and to put it bluntly, I nearly killed us. Let me explain, after we had turned into an intersection Tom Tom was telling me to keep right. I got a little confused and thought that it was a one way double lane road and sort of drove in the wrong lane into on coming traffic. What happen next was a sequence of events that happened extremely fast. All I can remember is Amanda screaming “YOUR IN THE WRONG LANE!”, Tom Tom saying “keep right” and the honking of several horns. Luckily I swerved back in time, hence our survival today. I personally think it was all Tom Tom's fault.
